Our excursion to the Shrine of Remembrance

Our excursion was on the tenth of March. We went to a very old place called “The Shrine of Remembrance”. All the grade threes went there. We left at 9:30 in the morning. We went on a very big bus. Me and my friend Hanah sat next to each other. When we were there we ate our fruit and snacks. When we were done we went to a garden. Other classes were in there so we had to wait our turn to get in the shrine. While we were in the garden, we played tons of games like memory tag, leap frog, scare crow tiggy and heaps more. We played all those games with Mrs Zehra and Mr Cemil. Then we went in the shrine. We had a tour guide called Mr Ralph. He told us all about the wars that happened in other countries. He told us about this dog that was in Afghanistan. When we were done we went in the bus and went back to school. It was a great day!
